I have been looking for a simple to use system to track the progress of snagging items from our developments alongside the issues our customers raise in the first few days of living in their new homes. clixifix® meets this need whilst giving our contractors and customers easy access to enable them view the progress and details as well.

Our business has grown considerably over the last 3 years and previously we’d been able to manage defects and aftersales care in a fairly rudimentary manner, with excel spreadsheets and a dedicated defects email address. However as the number of completed units has grown we needed to find a more efficient way of managing the process. clixifix® automates much of what was once quite a labour intensive process of defect diagnosis, scheduling relevant subcontractors, and remediation. Most importantly it helps also helps manage the expectations of new residents.
Our team are committed to delivering excellence through every step of the home buying journey and beyond. The service does not end when we hand over the keys, Clixifix is a centralised online platform enabling all customer care issues to be logged and accessed by our purchasers, customer care team and contractors. One that promotes collaboration to quickly and effectively find the best solution to any issues raised.
