clixifix® has rationalised the process of recording and progressing customer care complaints which enables our customer-care co-ordinators to manage the entire process in one system and to track the response time of our subcontractors to ensure all items are resolved within pre-agreed timescales. 

The conversation feature is extremely useful as it ensures that the whole team is fully informed as to the latest position with any repair, particularly if changes occur with arrangements and our subcontractors send clear and precise updates following their visits as it is in their interest for the job to be closed; this confirmation was very rare before clixifix®. 

The reporting feature is easy to use and very informative.
