Caddick Construction have recently been awarded the contract to construct a new housing development in Pilsley, North East Derbyshire for their client Forge New Homes.
The project consists of the construction of 98 new homes of which 68 are for private sale and will be a mixture of bungalows, two, three, and four-bedroom homes, and 30 nr three-bedroom homes for shared ownership and affordable rent.
Their team will be now be using clixifix® to manage aftercare queries on completed residential developments, manage communications with their client Forge New Homes and simplify the process between project handover and the end of warranty.
