The adoption of clixifix® will allow the reporting and coordination of snags, defects and repairs via one centralised platform and enable residents to log issues directly into the team with a 2 way communication thread. Issues will then be nominated to the appropriate team member or external contractor for resolution. With all stakeholders working from 1 platform, communication is clear and concise.
