As our business continues to grow, the need to optimise our efficiencies and provide a greater service for our clients, became a significant priority.
The system and applications provided by clixifix®, will enable us to respond to issues rapidly, as well as provide real time updates to our clients, improving communication and providing an auditable trail, to comply with regulations from the New Homes Ombudsman.

With an increased demand on developers to close out defects and escalated complaints, Liberty Roofing can support developers to expedite the closure of these issues, whilst communicating efficiently between themselves, the customer and clients.

As well as ongoing roofing works, Liberty Roofing can provide customer care support for a wide range of subcontractor trades, including carpentry, plumbing and electrical works.

Chris and the team will be the first Roofing Contractor in the UK to be using our newest feature, the Technicians App. The clixifix® Technicians App will allow real-time updates to be sent to residents regarding arrival times for repair work that has been scheduled for their property and is based primarily on the GPS location of the operative making the visit. The technology will allow 2-way notifications to be sent, allowing residents to respond to impending visits with additional instructions (e.g. “use side gate today”) or notification of unavailability.
