Introduction
clixifix® has changed the way we deal with our customers and contractors. We are able to liaise directly with our contractors much more easily, without having to chase each contractor separately. Our customers are contacted directly by the contractors as all the relevant contact details are at hand.
Prior to using clixifix® we were using an on-site solution however we found it to be slow to use and much more time consuming. I particularly like how easy it is to look for information and I am looking forward to our on-site construction teams using the system on tablets, which we will be introducing soon.
