Introduction
With around 100 staff members and a fleet of over 40 vehicles, South Electrical are one of the UK's biggest electrical contractors. The team specialises in electrical installations in new build properties, with additional expertise in a range of other services, including wiring commercial buildings, multi-vent heat recovery systems, intruder alarms, TV and satellite systems and fire alarms.
South Electrical had been using the free clixifix® contractor portal to receive incoming work tickets from the house builders & construction companies they work, with who were already utilising a full clixifix® subscription.
They soon found themselves in need of exploring the full functionality clixifix® offers, and converted to an unlimited subscription. clixifix® is now a key tool within the whole team at South Electrical, allowing for the efficient management of jobs within the team & creating a seamless link for their clients to collaborate easily via the platform to ensure defects are quickly resolved.
We've also created a unique relationship between clixifix® accounts for those who already use our platform. A seamless back & forth communication path allows for immediate efficiency gains for both parties!
