Spectrum had been using the free clixifix® contractor portal to receive incoming work tickets from the house builders & construction companies they work with, who were already utilising a full clixifix® subscription.
They soon found themselves in need of exploring the full functionality clixifix® offers, and converted to an unlimited subscription. clixifix® is now a key tool within the whole team at Spectrum, allowing for the efficient management of jobs within the team & creating a seamless link for their clients to collaborate easily via the platform to ensure defects & repairs are quickly resolved.
We've also created a unique relationship between clixifix® accounts for those who already use our platform. A seamless back & forth communication path allows for immediate efficiency gains for both parties!
