Stonebridge has a wealth of experience in the housebuilding industry and a proven track record in delivering successful housing schemes, with over 25 developments brought to fruition in the last 10 years.
As the business has grown, Stonebridge has recognised the need to implement scalable processes and systems to allow it to increase customer service levels and efficiencies throughout the company.
The Customer Care team looked at a few bespoke packages before choosing to go with clixifix®.
Sharon Curtis, Stonebridge’s Customer Care Manager comments “Our main issue was the same as many growing companies – the flow of information between team members, outside agencies and customers was overwhelming. This made it difficult to retrieve information, record issues and generally co-ordinate diaries.
clixifix® allows the whole customer care journey to be accessed and managed from one place, and crucially it is accessible to site, contractors and head office teams. Importantly, our customers receive a much more streamlined and dedicated service, and they too can login and access relevant information and track the progress of their issues. They also have their own dedicated portal where documents can be stored.”
Over the last four years Stonebridge Homes has consistently delivered between 100-150 houses per year. From 2022 it will begin to substantially increase delivery to achieve over 500 houses per year by 2025.
