TopHat
With our business going through substantial growth, we needed a robust CRM system that not only we could rely on, but our customers also. clixifix® allows us to capture all sections of the customer journey from handover and snagging, through to the end of the DLP. Keeping track of all details in a central location with date and time stamp is also a great feature for accuracy and ownership. The introduction of clixifix® in our business will allow us to efficiently manage the process of defect rectification.' Jacinda Furlonge, Head of Aftercare

Introduction
TopHat is a supplier, contractor and developer at the forefront of a house-building revolution, applying robotics and lean manufacturing techniques to increase housing supply, improve quality, reduce costs and protect the environment.
By manufacturing their homes offsite, TopHat is able to cut delivery times by half compared to traditional methods, making the company’s approach more appealing to developers of all types, but particularly in the build-to-rent and co-living markets.
TopHat’s homes are ultra-low carbon to build and to run, significantly reducing living costs at this time of very high energy prices and into the future.
As a rapidly growing business in the modular homes market, TopHat recognises the need for a software that can manage their aftercare process and delivery for both their relationship directly with owner occupiers and their expanding client base including BoKlok, Urban and Civic and Medway Council.
clixifix® is now providing clarity of what issues are logged, where they are at in the resolution process and who is responsible at each stage. Key reporting metrics such as defect trends and performance against KPIs are also easily surfaced.
TopHat’s unique technology platform, advanced robotics and innovative brick facade combine to create endless design possibilities without the high costs and loss of efficiency that are often associated with high levels of variation. TopHat can even offer end-buyers the opportunity to customise their homes through its Homes Configurator, much as they would configure a new car. This variation creates attractive communities where people want to live.
The new Corby factory will be ready to deliver homes by the end of 2023. It's nearly 7 times larger than their Derby facility, and will bring together the latest robotics and TopHat’s proprietary technology to manufacture and distribute up to 4,000 beautiful homes per year. 1,000 new, green economy jobs across a wide range of roles will be created and a training academy will be established in partnership with local colleges.
