Essex Housing joins the growing clixifix® community

We’re pleased to welcome Essex Housing to clixifix®, as another housebuilder chooses a more connected approach to managing defects and aftercare.

Essex Housing is the private sale development arm of Essex Council, delivering new homes across the county. The team is now live with clixifix® as work continues at Lexden Gardens, where a former cottage hospital is being converted into apartments alongside further planned residential development.

As developments progress, keeping customer care teams, contractors and project information connected becomes increasingly important.

clixifix® gives teams one dedicated platform to record, manage and report defects, helping provide clearer visibility from the moment an issue is raised through to completion.

For Essex Housing, that includes the ability to track defects across projects and plots, monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs, maintain a clear audit trail and give contractors direct access to the information they need.

Their principal contractor, Kind & Co, has also joined the team for clixifix® rollout training, helping establish a joined-up approach to aftercare as the project develops.

It’s another addition to the growing clixifix® community and another example of organisations looking to bring greater structure, visibility and accountability to customer care.
