We now have a full history against all plots and everything is logged and easy to find. I can now easily review the historical information and all previous issues so can quickly understand why a customer is ringing.

We have saved time chasing Sub-Contractors up over the phone as we can now easily view their job lists and send updates to Sub-Contractors and Site. The onsite teams can see at a glance whether they are performing to standard or not.
