clixifix® a PropTech and ConTech business based in Sunderland, are delighted to announce that Chris Pickard has joined the business as their Business Development Manager.
Chris brings a wealth of experience to clixifix® having previously spent five and a half years at tailored homebuyer solution experts, Classic Folios, by leading the team in supporting existing customers as well as being responsible for all new business in the east of the country.
Prior to Classic Folios, Chris worked as an estate agent in Winchester for 12 years. With over 15 years working in property and account management Chris will be able to bring undeniable expertise that will help elevate clixifix®. With significant experience, Chris is able to support the onboarding, implementation and communication with multiple customers while helping other departments in delivering their KPIs.
Having already built an understanding of the property market, Chris will be able to quickly and efficiently build relationships with existing and new customers along with developing a customer acquisition strategy.
Chris explains why he wanted to join clixifix® and what he feels he will bring to the business,
