About The Role
Beyond the company bit above, there are many reasons why this is such a great role here at clixifix®.
As part of our Lead Generation team, you will be responsible for identifying prospects to introduce where clixifix® can be valuable to their challenges, by phone, email and social channels, as well as engaging with inbound leads.
Organisation is the key to success, keeping our internal CRM up to date with all your activity is a must, so experience in using a CRM like Salesforce for example would be beneficial (not essential).
It’s really important that you are comfortable with the phone, it’s a business critical tool and we’ll help make it even more valuable. But you’ll never be making 100 dials a day, that is not clixifix®s style – we prefer a highly personalised, considered and researched approach, quality not quantity.
The SDR role will provide a perfect launch pad to fast progression within the business, whether to team lead or into our BDM team or even into Marketing depending on your career goals.
About You
We are more interested in your skills, attributes and drive than your experience. Sure, tell us all about any roles or experiences that align to this one, but we want to find out about you more than your last role. We will want to hear about experiences – in or out of work, that demonstrate the skills and attributes that are important to success in this role.
We feel we can be picky – and whilst we know great people are seriously hard to find, if we choose you it’s because we believe in your ability to play a great role in our future – not just ‘do a decent job’.
Hopefully you feel you have the ingredients and drive to be hugely successful, your goals are probably bigger than your peers, and with the right coaching, support and development you can achieve whatever you set your mind to.
