Winchester based, Bespoke Modular Developments are an innovative construction company who specialise in the design, fabrication and installation of residential and commercial structures using off-site manufacturing construction methods.

Working with a number of clients including clixifix® user Horn + Horne, BMD use the latest techniques in ‘Off-Site’ manufacture, BMD complete projects in shorter time scales, deliver to competitive budgets, offer improved ecological performance and greater quality to that of traditional construction.

Their strong belief in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) has led to a dedicated team developing Off-Site manufactured structural solutions and system builds that can be deployed into spaces and areas unsuitable and inconvenient for traditional construction. Inner city development can be difficult to facilitate due to high land values, a shortage of supply and expensive methods of construction. Off-site manufacture can limit liabilities and open up opportunities to developers not previously possible.

The implementation of clixifix® allows BMD and their client Horn + Horne to be on 1 reporting channel from resident to developer to principal contractor making the customer care delivery to all parties easier and clearer.
