clixifix®, one of the North East’s most dynamic ConTech and PropTech businesses, has hired three new staff members to join their accounts, sales and customer service departments. As clixifix® goes through a period of growth, they felt it was paramount to recruit people with passion, experience and the willingness to learn.

Graham Ravenhall joins clixifix® as Key Account Manager. Graham’s role will involve working closely with clients to make their day-to-day life a lot easier. Graham previously spent three years working in software and technology aligned to roles in Sales and Account Management with SaaS technology and Business Systems within the Microsoft Technology Stack.
Graham describes joining clixifix®: “I’m proud to be part of the North East’s growing tech scene and working with a product like clixifix® which is designed with the purpose of delivering tangible efficiency gains is very exciting.”
Outside of work Graham is part of a pub quiz team and has recently started a podcast with some friends covering the video game industry. As a family man Graham enjoys spending time with the kids and teaching them how to play and enjoy video games much to the frowns of his wife.
Customer Success Executive, Chloe Court arrives at clixifix® having previously worked as an Account Manager (GPI) and Client Coordinator (SGK) within the print industry. This involved building strong relationships with customers, helping them solve any issues and adhere to KPIs to ensure work was completed on time.
Chloe will bring years of account management experience to the construction industry. She admits that the construction industry is a new industry for her but she is excited to learn and develop.
At clixifix®, Chloe will be helping clients grow their knowledge on the platform while enabling them to make their day-to-day job easier and seeing the up-and-coming innovations and developments from clixifix®.
Joining the clixifix® team, Nora takes up the role of Sales Development Representative. Having graduated with a degree in E-Business & Marketing from Newcastle University Business School, Nora will bring expertise in digital marketing and building business opportunities.
Nora has worked in a digital marketing agency and manufacturing start up business in the North East and has vast experience in building and extending business opportunities, as well as managing client accounts and marketing campaigns.
