clixifix® Customer Care, simplified software is knocking on the door of scooping a national award after being shortlisted for the MOST INNOVATIVE HOUSING APP / ONLINE TOOL at the The Housing Excellence Awards 2017.

Widely recognised as the ‘industry event’ of the year, The Housing Excellence Awards is one of the largest awards dinners in the UK housing sector, attracting audiences of 500+ of the sectors key leaders and serves to highlight the organisations, individuals & projects that are leading the way in affordable housing.

James Farrell, Co-Founder and Managing Director of clixifix® Customer Care, simplified said

‘‘Handling defects and repairs is something that many House builders and Principal Contractors struggle with. Our research has shown that a huge number of construction companies are still using excel spreadsheets and email to manage reported defects and repairs.

clixifix® is a dedicated customer care application which has been written and developed from the inside out by industry experts.

We can empathise with companies who are struggling to get a handle on their reported defects and repairs. clixifix® takes the headache out of the Customer Care process by putting all of these reported issues in a single place, enabling the Principal Contractor or Housebuilder, their Registered Provider partners and their Sub-contractors to manage them together from one secured shared platform.

The clixifix® team has worked extremely hard over over the last 5 years continuously enhancing our application, its fantastic to hear our clients positive feedback and we are delighted to be shortlisted for this award.

Congratulations and best of luck to every finalist, we are looking forward to the awards ceremony!”

The judging process will be chaired by Michelle Gordon, Editor of Housing Magazine. (media partner for the awards)
