The clixifix® team recently had the pleasure of welcoming Oakley North East to our offices for a comprehensive onboarding session. The day provided a valuable opportunity to meet the team face-to-face, introduce them to the clixifix® platform and explore how digital aftercare can support both their internal processes and resident experience.
During the session, we spent time discussing customer care workflows, best practice approaches and how a structured, transparent aftercare process can support long-term quality and efficiency. These conversations highlighted just how important it is for aftercare to be fully embedded into the wider delivery process, rather than treated as a standalone function.
Andrew Elberbrant and the wider Oakley North East team spoke passionately about their commitment to building excellence. Their focus on high standards across design, construction and service was clear throughout the discussion, and it was great to see how strongly customer care aligns with their wider values. We also explored the vital role effective aftercare plays in protecting and strengthening the strong reputation Oakley North East has built over many years.
One area that generated particular interest was the importance of clearly documenting and standardising customer care processes. By ensuring issues are raised, tracked and resolved in a consistent way, teams can reduce reliance on email, centralise communication and create a clear record of every interaction – improving efficiency while delivering greater clarity and responsiveness for residents.
