Established in 1992, Fermac Properties has worked all over Northern Ireland, across the Residential, Commercial and Civic sectors.
Highlights over that time include awards for excellence from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Construction Employers Federation, not to mention awards from the NHBC and even their very own Derry Journal Newspaper! Developments completed range from Civic projects like the Millennium Forum Theatre, to large retail complexes and numerous large scale residential developments.
Thoughtful, intelligent design is the mantra at Fermac Properties and the team work hard to ensure that when you move in, that you’re pleasantly surprised at each turn by all of the details which they include as standard.
They’re also conscious of their impact on the environment, which is why they design their homes to exceed stringent new standards, why they invest in local people and local materials wherever possible, and why they invest significant resources to ensure that their carbon footprint is as small as it can be.
