clixifix’s® growth continues

clixifix®, one of the North East’s most dynamic ConTech and PropTech businesses, has demonstrated its ambitions to become a market leader by growing its sales and customer relations departments.

James Farrell, CEO and co-founder of clixifix®, said:

Hayley Mordey

Hayley joins clixifix® as a Sales Development Representative. She has a background in SaaS based tech start up businesses in the North East as well as developing her own property portfolio.

Hayley’s responsibilities will include reaching out to and engaging with house builders, housing associations and contractors to introduce clixifix® and chat about a fit for our solution to help improve efficiencies around their defect and aftercare process.

With a passion for property and technology, Hayley sees clixifix® as the perfect opportunity to support a growing North East business.

Hayley says, “The problems this platform solves are huge and I’m excited to be a part of this journey. I hope to grow in my sales role and progress to become a Business Development Manager.”


Laura Whitfield

Laura arrives at clixifix® as their new Customer Success Executive, having previously worked at a local kitchen company and in account management for an information management company, she brings a professionalism and enthusiasm that is valuable to clixifix®.

Laura says,

“As part of the customer success team, I look forward to working with my colleagues delivering excellent customer service to our customers, helping to resolve issues, and providing training and guidance to our customers where needed.

I decided to join clixifix® as the team here is great and the business is going from strength to strength.

I had used clixifix® previously in my past role via the subcontractor portal, and knew it was a great system to work with. I can see it will go far over the coming years.”
