Introduction

Hertfordshire-based B3 Living are a social business, that provides homes for people who would otherwise be priced out of the housing market.

Their aim is to deliver positive, sustainable change to the housing crisis for their 12000 supported customers and their communities.

In addition to the 5,000 homes already managed, the delivery of 300 new build homes is planned over the next 3 years. Therefore, it’s important that the 170-strong B3 Living team have sight of their portfolio of homes being managed through the new build handover and defects liability period.

With a diverse range of housing partners and providers, keeping track of snags and de-snags, and any defects raised is critical and the adoption of clixifix® is enabling this process to flourish.

With the easy surfacing of data such as issues outstanding, defect trends and performance, clixifix® will help them manage resident expectations and commercial relationships with developers and their contractor supply chain.

Working in partnership with both national and regional developers, you’ll find a B3 Living home in Broxbourne and across southeast Hertfordshire.
